We do not collect, maintain or sell any Personal information from prosepective and current clients.   Exceptions to this policy are detailed below.

 

Purpose for Collecting Data

In compliance with the California Department of Real Estate, we are required to maintain current Rent Owners and Tenant personal information for up to three (3) years after termination.  We do NOT sell any of this information.
